Lemongrass Blackbean Burger (Vegan & Gluten Free)

Serves 1-2. Prep time: 10-15 minutes. Cook time: 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients for blackbean burger:

1 can of blackbeans

2 tablespoons of Sou Family Recipes’ traditional lemongrass seasoning

1 tablespoon of rice flour

half a teaspoon of salt

 

Ingredients for cabbage salad:

Half a roll of cabbage

Half of a lime

2 teaspoons of chopped garlic (forgot to add in the video)

3/4 teaspoon of salt

half of tablespoon of sugar

3/4 to 1 cup of cilantro

1-2 tablespoons of peanuts

1 Thai chilli (optional)
