2lbs of sliced pork
6 tablespoons of Sou Family Recipes Traditional Cambodian Lemongrass seasoning
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1.5 teaspoons of salt
Fried garlic and mint to garnish (optional)
10 Thai Chilies (optional)
- In a large mixing bowl add pork, vegetable oil, oyster sauce, salt and Thai chilies.
- Mix all of the ingredients well.
- In large pan, turn heat to medium high and stir-fry until pork is cooked. Should take 7-10 minutes of stir-frying.
- Serve on top of rice and garnish with mint and fried garlic.
