Lemongrass Pork Stir-Fry

Serving Size: 2-3 people  Prep time: 5-10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes


2lbs of sliced pork

6 tablespoons of Sou Family Recipes Traditional Cambodian Lemongrass seasoning

2 tablespoons of  vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

1.5 teaspoons of salt

Fried garlic and mint to garnish (optional)

10 Thai Chilies (optional)

  1. In a large mixing bowl add pork, vegetable oil, oyster sauce, salt and Thai chilies.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients well.
  3. In large pan, turn heat to medium high and stir-fry until pork is cooked. Should take 7-10 minutes of stir-frying.
  4. Serve on top of rice and garnish with mint and fried garlic.
