Fresh Tofu Noodles (Vegan)

4 oz of Fresh Noodles (This is key. Using fresh noodles as opposed to dehydrated ones will always taste better. More chewier and softer)

1 block of tofu (16oz) or use beef or chicken (your preference)

1.5 to 2 Cups of oil

80z of Cremini Mushrooms

12 oz of shredded carrots

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of dark sweet soy sauce

1 table spoon of oyster sauce (use this for meat eaters)

1-2 teaspoon of any type of chillie oil

1-2 tablespoon of minced garlic (your preference)

2 tablespoon of minced ginger

Spicy garlic chillie sauce (optional if you like spicy!)
