“Prahok, Stink So Good”

Prahok Ktiss is a very traditional Khmer dish where we eat with rice and fresh cucumber, purple egg plant, red cabbage and with rice of course!

Ingredients:
Serves 8-10 people

3lb of pork shoulder
2 cans of coconut milk or 1.5 can of coconut cream
9 tbsp of Sou Family Recipes TraditionalCambodian Lemongrass Seasoning
1 tbsp of tamarind seasoning (https://goo.gl/H1ucBH)
2 tbsp of the Red Ancho Pepper paste
1 palm sugar (https://goo.gl/B1Rwdk)
1 shallot
2 tsp of any type of soup base seasoning
