Directions: Thaw and use to season meats, stir fries, curries and more! Add salt and/or sugar to taste. Re-freeze unused seasoning for later use.
Use 3 tablespoons of lemongrass seasoning and 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of salt per lb of meat. You can also add 1 tablespoon of sugar per lb of meat.
